Brief biography:

Sam came to teaching after a career as a chartered accountant and has been teaching for 10 years. She is a member of the Senior Management team and apart from the specific areas of responsibility mentioned above, she is responsible for performance management of learning support staff and the learning mentor. Sam has been described as an outstanding teacher, whose classes have made excellent progress year after year. She works collaboratively order tramadol hcl with colleagues to raise the achievement of children throughout the school. Ofsted (May 2013) commented that her tracking of Pupil Premium children was ‘meticulous’ and that the needs of the group were ‘carefully considered with a range of strategies put in place to support or challenge them’. She has worked with colleagues in other schools in mentoring relationships and has provided training for ITT students and NQTs. She has developed powerful relationships with neighbouring primary and secondary schools and as campus co-ordinator for the 3 schools on the Henleaze site. She has redesigned the school assessment system to reflect assessment without levels.
