Brief biography:

Dawn has been teaching for more than 20 years in a variety of settings including mainstream, MLD and SEMH.  This wide range of experience has led to a strongly held belief in the importance of inclusion and the strategies which can be implemented to support ourhealthissues.com/product/kemadrin/ children with SEMH difficulties.

In 2016, Dawn became Teacher-in-Charge of the 2 year Stable Block Project, an Early Intervention Base sited at Woodstock School.  This role has involved working collaboratively with mainstream colleagues, supporting and advising staff, developing whole school systems as well as modelling best practice and leading training.

The ability to work collaboratively and in a supportive, non-judgemental manner has been central to the continuing success of the project, now renamed as North Star Outreach.
